Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect a credit card at signup and bill monthly after the trial; cancel anytime before then to avoid charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect immediately; you retain read-only access through any pending billing period.
Do you offer BAAs?
Standard BAA on Professional and Enterprise. Starter is for evaluation with synthetic data only.
How does Professional pricing work?
₱5,600 / month minimum (VAT-inclusive), which covers up to 5 doctors. Each additional doctor is ₱1,120 / month. Nurses, billing staff, and admins don't add to the bill — only DOCTOR-role clinicians count. Example: a 3-doctor clinic pays the ₱5,600 floor; an 8-doctor clinic pays ₱8,960.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes. All advertised prices include 12% Philippine VAT (NIRC §108). The ₱5,600 monthly minimum breaks down to ₱5,000 net + ₱600 VAT on the official receipt; ₱1,120 per doctor breaks down to ₱1,000 + ₱120 VAT. We issue BIR-registered official receipts.
Do you charge per nurse or admin?
No. Only active doctors count toward the per-seat fee. You can invite unlimited nurses, billing staff, and admins on Professional.
What if my doctor count changes mid-month?
You're billed on the active doctor count at the start of each billing cycle. Mid-month additions or terminations roll into the next cycle.
